	Sue is the charming face of Lexus of North Shore. As Customer Liaison Officer she is the first person you would meet when you come in. Sue has been with the North Shore team since December 2003, till she moved into Lexus operations on full time basis in September 2005. Sue is in charge of after sales requirements that our clients have and deals with them personally. Besides monitoring client needs, Sue looks after our ever increasing database with superb efficiency.

	Kevin has over 30 year's motor vehicle industry experience in New Zealand and Australia.  The past 11 years of this has been spent with Lexus of North Shore group.  Awarded top apprentice in Auckland during his training period, Kevin is our longest serving Hybrid technician and is considered one of the best in this field.  In addition, Kevin has earned the coveted title of Diagnostic Master Technician.
